Approval and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Rejected Refunds: If a return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be rejected and the product will be returned to you.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos and order details to ensure a quick resolution. Sohni Traders will cover the cost of shipping for replacement or corrected items.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Sohni Traders is not responsible for any bank or transaction fees applied by your payment provider.
